The hotel is fairly clean with a modern design and based in a new building. Welcoming spotlessly clean rooms, they are provided with comfy beds. The breakfast includes healthy food, such as cereals and yoghourt.

The hotel is excellently situated for a walk into Epernay.

I faced repeated issues with the WiFi constantly disconnecting. Self-check-in was somewhat confusing and took longer than expected. The breakfast options were notably limited, lacking fresh fruit and warm items on our second morning. It left a disappointing impression .

This place is nestled in a semi-industrial wasteland, far from civilized breakfast options. Not to mention, the rooms are miles apart, not a reality. I expected a complimentary upgrade to ease my suffering, but the staff was too busy with their chores to notice me. I almost gave it a good review, but just couldn't.

A cozy stay in Epernay

Our family enjoyed a spacious Triple Room with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The hotel's free access to RMC Sport channels, and the coffee was fantastic!

We faced some hassle with the WiFi. It kept kicking us off, and the online access form was frustrating. The self-check-in could be confusing upon arrival.

The family room was spacious and comfy. The ecological focus was excellent, especially the refill soap and shampoo. It's also so easy to walk to downtown. It felt clean and new, a refreshing experience!
